Map & Driving Directions

Driving Directions to Administrative Offices - From the Bend Parkway head east on Reed Market Road to the first stoplight. Turn right (south) at the stoplight onto 3rd Street. Continue past Fred Meyers (on the right) to the stoplight located on SW Meyers Drive (Taco Time is on the right). Turn right and go about one block and turn immediately left onto Reed Lane. The building is immediately behind Taco Time. The building is a single story structure with ramps going up both sides. A sign is located in front.

Driving Directions to Common Ground Retreat House - From the Bend Parkway head east on Reed Market Road. After about one mile, turn south at the stoplight onto 15th Street. Turn right onto Sherwood Forest Drive (the second entrance to Nottingham Square), opposite Ferguson Street. Follow Sherwood Forest Drive over the canal, then turn right on Will Scarlet Lane and proceed to almost the end of the street. Common Ground House is located at 20745 Will Scarlet Lane. It is a blue house with a short fence in the front.

Physical Locations - Our Administrative Office is located at 20273 Reed Lane, in Bend, Oregon. We have 18 parking spaces available. Click here for a map.

Common Ground Retreat House is about 2.5 miles away but has limited parking. Out of respect for the neighbors, please park only in the driveway of 20745 not in the street, the cul-de-sac, or other driveways. Thanks!

How can you help support the work of the Sacred Art of Living Center?

*
Prayer. We are grateful for the ongoing prayers of people around the globe who support Sacred Art of Living Center in this vital way. If you live in, or are visiting, Central Oregon, we invite you to visit our chapel for prayer or meditation. If you would like to participate in our ongoing prayer for those in our memory book, send us a prayer request.
*
Volunteer. We rely on the efforts of our volunteers for program assistance, office help, fundraising, and special projects. Even if you don't live in our area, there may be opportunities for you to contribute your skills and time toward our work. Do you feel called to help? Please send us an email.
*
Request a Speaker/Host a program. We would appreciate the opportunity to bring Introduction to the Sacred Art of Dying, Sacred Art of Living and Dying, Unit 1: Understanding Spiritual Pain, and Spirit of the Enneagram programs to your community. Richard Groves is also frequently invited to give keynote addresses and customized presentations for conferences, workshops and retreats.
*
Purchase resources. Income from product sales helps us be able to keep delivering our programs. You can purchase a variety of resources directly from us at one of our events or through the Tree of Life Resources.
*
Financial support. Many people whose lives have been impacted by our programs ask how they can help support the work of Sacred Art of Living Center. We rely heavily on financial contributions to keep our programs accessible. A donation to our general fund helps to expand our work and sustain our operations, while a donation to our scholarship fund helps people who might not otherwise have the opportunity to experience our programs. The Sacred Art of Living Center is a not-for-profit organization so all contributions are tax deductible.
